Banks works with individuals, couples, families, and groups facing a wide array of questions and concerns, stemming anywhere from acute current stressors to more general identity development to complex and/or multigenerational traumas. Banks is committed to meeting people wherever they are on their path and walking alongside them with curiosity, authenticity, and compassion, whether that be for a few sessions or a few years.

Banks draws from a range of modalities including psychodynamic, existential, mindfulness, and narrative therapies, investigating topics such as storytelling, attachment, pleasure, meaning, purpose, and beyond. Banks takes a collaborative, relational approach to support folks in addressing their own self-determined questions and concerns.

Life can be complex. While there is a lot that we can do outside of therapy to help us flourish, sometimes we get 'stuck' and find ourselves repeating the same pattern or cycle again and again. When this happens, I encourage you to reach out—to give yourself permission to be supported. I am here and available to explore with you!
